The Founders List is for families who want to be early at 51 North: first to hear about each step, first to see pricing once it's set, and asked what matters before we decide.
Registering is free and doesn't commit you to anything; no deposits are taken before approvals.
We aren't selling lots yet. There are no prices, reservations or contracts on this site.
What a Founder gets

Priority selection, if we can offer it
We intend to offer Founders priority selection. Eligibility, order and terms are not set, and joining doesn't hold a place in any order.
First word on pricing, when it's set
There are no prices yet. When there are, Founders hear them first.
Asked before we decide
We'll ask Founders about the things that matter: The Commons, the trails, the community rules. Then we'll share what we heard and what we decided. It's input, not a vote.
These are intentions, subject to approvals and to final terms, which a lawyer will review before anything is offered.

Thanks for registering. We'll email you when there's news, starting with the next field note. There's nothing else you need to do, and nothing to pay.
Before you join
What joining does and doesn't mean.
Before any money changes hands.
There is nothing to pay at this stage, and nothing is reserved. Before anything is offered, a lawyer will review the terms, including how any deposit would be held and returned, and we'll set them out here in plain language. Get your own legal advice before you sign anything.
Is it free?
Yes. Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We aren't asking for a deposit, a payment or card details, and we won't before approvals.
Does joining reserve a lot?
No. There are no reservations, holds or contracts. Lots don't exist yet: their number, size and layout come from the survey and County approval.
Does joining early put me ahead in line?
Not today. We intend to offer Founders priority selection, but eligibility, order and terms are not set, so joining earlier doesn't hold a place in any order. If we set up a priority system, we'll publish its terms, reviewed by a lawyer, before it starts.
What will you send me?
A field note when there's news, aiming for about once a month: what changed, what hasn't, and the next decision. Founders also hear first about pricing and any offer, once they exist. We won't pass your details to anyone else to market to you.
Can I leave the list?
Any time. Every email will have an unsubscribe link, or you can write to [EMAIL] and ask us to delete your details. See the privacy policy.
What if the plan changes?
We'll tell you. Approvals can change the lot count, the layout, the amenities and the timing, and a project like this can stall. Whatever happens, it goes on the Progress page and in a field note to Founders.
Do Founders get a vote?
No. We'll ask what matters to you and report back what we heard and what we decided, but it's input, not a vote. How owners would govern the community would be set in its bylaws, which a lawyer would draft once the structure is confirmed.
